Versatility — A hallmark of our CardMaster
series
Designed for private,
proprietary, 'exclusive' fueling applications, our CardMaster controls who can
access functions, as well as any product or product quantity limitations. The
CardMaster is housed in a sturdy, heavy-duty metal box with a full length hinge
on its lid. It features a backlit 16 character LCD display, auto/manual bypass
switches for each hose. It also can be programmed to serve as means of gate or
door access control.
Holders of CardMaster-specific cards you issue have
access to your products or services 24 hours a day. The information is recorded
for download and billing as you determine. If you have multiple sites and want
the cardholder to have access to all of them, identifying the sites alike allows
that to happen — you are only limited to the maximum 999 account CardMaster
capacity. If you have multiple sites but want to restrict users to one site
only, it's a simple matter of assigning different system IDs to each site.
Data is downloaded from the CardMaster either via laptop at the
cardreader, via direct wiring to an office on site or by phone. Our
CardTransPorter? software works with Microsoft® HyperTerminal® and Excel®
(version 2000 or newer) to provide flexible reporting, sortable by field, and
totalizing.
REMOTE ('WET') FUELING — Our 12/24v power option for the CardMaster enables you to do
site fueling and maintenance, storing the information and allowing polling and
reconciling transactions back at the office or plant. Simply have the CardMaster
in the vehicle's cab, wired to the 12/24 system, to the meter pulsers and to the
electronic flow control valves. Enter the account number by keyboard entry and
be on your way.
This method can also be used on lubrication trucks or
vans, FBO airport fueling trucks and more.
LUBRICATION FACILITIES — The CardMaster is an ideal and cost-effective tool for small
garage and fleet shops to control and account for lubricants used...both by
vehicle and by service number.
Keypad entries can be made of the
employee number of the technician, a PIN number to ensure that the proper
employee is being linked to the job, the vehicle being serviced, the shop order
of the service work and the odometer reading (or hour reading) of the vehicle or
equipment being serviced.
ACCESS SECURITY ? Not only can product be controlled by the CardMaster, but a software
change can make the the unit a guardian of gates or doors. This card-activated
control recognizes a system ID (encoded identification on a magnetic stripe card
showing who issued the card) and logs date and time of access, and identifies
the cardholder either to be printed 'real time' or polled at a later time.
Known as the GateController, this proves to be a solid choice for
limiting access to unattended facilities such as restrooms, terminal gates, RV
dump facilities, disposal locations and other 'non-public' areas.

Providing both informative and economical controlled access,
CVI's
CardMaster is a great alternative for proprietary applications,
primarily (but
not limited to) commercial fueling sites. The CardMaster
controls up to two
hoses.
You determine what information is necessary
to authorize continuation of a
transaction. It can be as easy as swiping a
card or entering a user ID, or can
also require augmenting information such
as a password, employee or
vehicle number, job number or odometer reading.
You can also specify a
special entry prompt within a six digit

FuelMaster
systems are the

States Government. The Air Force invited FuelMaster to develop a fuel
management system which is rugged, user friendly, and capable of
operating
reliably in extreme environments. More than 3,000 FuelMaster systems
are currently
in service with all branches of the Department of Defense.

on odometer/hour readings, the system calculates
vehicle
efficiency and fuel consumption and alerts the driver and supervisor to

reconciliation of tank levels with FuelMaster ®

® interfaces
with most popular tank monitors.
The FuelMaster
