Edward began his career by refueling airplanes while he was taking flying lessons in college.  He was an FAA licensed private pilot by age 20, followed with Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine, Flight Instructor, Flight Engineer Turbojet, and Airline Transport Pilot licenses.  Having flown 22 different light aircraft models as well as Boeing 727, 737, 757, 767 jets, and McDonnell-Douglas MD-80 & DC-10 jets. A graduate of California State University Long Beach, Edward has also been involved with two innovative start-up companies.  Founding Director of the Institute For Automotive Awareness, Mr. Dunn has a deep technical background, fueled by his knowledge of engineering and mechanics. He is also a member of the American Public Works Association, and the National Biodiesel Alliance. A California native, he lives with his wife and three children in Encinitas, CA.
